The same biscuit can get boring with the afternoon cuppa, so why not try something new? This traybake is made from those little biscuits you get on the side of your coffee when you go out. We’ve just stepped it up a notch. Marshmallows and Biscuits are bound together with a delicious blend of Smooth Biscoff Paste (yes, it’s a thing and we live for it here!) and White Chocolate. Definitely better than a basic digestive!
My Tip –Melt some Biscoff spread in the microwave for 30 seconds and drizzle over the top of the traybake for that finishing touch.
Shelf Life – It will last 7 days at room temperature in an airtight container. It can be frozen for up to 1 month, make sure to defrost at room temperature, it is best frozen in portions and wrapped to avoid freezer burn.
