A rich, fudgy brownie is always a winner, and this one is no exception. The addition of the bittersweet 75% dark chocolate gives the brownie a whole new depth of flavour. Our signature blend of cocoa powders gives a hint of sweetness whilst intensifying the chocolate hit.
My Tip – This brownie, served warm so the centre just starts to soften, almost to the point of melting, with a scoop of intensely vanilla ice cream will be a sure hit with everyone.
Shelf Life – It will last 7 days at room temperature in an airtight container. It can be frozen for up to 1 month, make sure to defrost at room temperature, it is best frozen in portions and wrapped to avoid freezer burn.
